Processing Times
Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to ship. All orders over $150 always ship free! Shipping costs for orders less than $150 are assessed in the shopping cart.
Returns or Exchanges
We do accept returns on most of our items. For the protection of your little ones, we do not accept returns on our teethers or activity gyms.
Conditions of Returns:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Ship items back within 14 days of delivery
- Buyer is responsible for shipping costs
- Returned item(s) must be received in their original condition, with original tags and packaging. The buyer is responsible for any loss in inventory value.
Cancellations
Because we work to ship your product as quickly as possible, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Requirements
Please ensure delivery address is correct. If an order is returned to us due because a shipping address is invalid, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping, and re-delivery shipping charges. Huds + Hanes LLC is not liable for orders that are lost as a result of buyers entering incorrect shipping addresses. Huds + Hanes LLC is not responsible for packages that are deemed lost but indicated as “delivered” by the tracking information.
